01 The dossier
The Made Here dossier
GBP 250
One country, one product line, the whole record as a document.
- The import bill and its path over three years, with every source and its unit value
- Who exports the line well, who supplies the neighbours, and at what price
- The nearest export strengths the country already has, by product-space proximity
- The public buyers of that family of goods, where the country publishes an award record
- The method and the scope rule, so every figure can be traced to its source
Nowhere elseHMRC publishes the UK trade, CEPII publishes world trade, and each country publishes its own award notices. None of them joins the three for one product line, and none says which public bodies bought the product the country imports. The dossier does, with the unit value every source sells at, so a maker or a ministry sees the price to beat and the buyers already paying it.
02 The Buyer Book
The Buyer Book, full heading
GBP 450
One product family, every public buyer in 33 countries and the UK, ranked by how often they bought.
- Each country's import bill for the heading beside its public buyers of that family
- Every buyer named, with its notice count in the year and the record it was read from
- The crosswalk from procurement codes to the heading, stated, so a join can be checked
- A country page for each of the 33 records plus the UK, in one document
- The free sampler shows the counts; the book carries the names
Nowhere elseThirty-three award records in five code schemes, none of them a product heading. The crosswalk from procurement codes to customs headings is ours, stated in the book, because no official one exists. The result, the public buyers of one product in 33 countries beside what each country imports of it, is in no database an exporter can buy.
03 The sector sweep
The sector sweep
By quote
The UK procurement record for one family of work, in the regions you serve, with the twelve-month re-tender calendar.
- Open tenders and early engagement notices, with deadlines, from Contracts Finder and Find a Tender
- The contracts ending in the window, with the incumbent named from the award notice and linked to it
- The public buyers of that family, by how often they bought
- The awards of the last year, counted by buyer and region
- Delivered as a document and a spreadsheet, dated, so it can be rerun next quarter
Nowhere elseContracts Finder and Find a Tender send tender alerts free, and neither joins an award to its contract end date and its incumbent. The award notices carry an end date on 87.7 per cent of contracts, measured over 91 days, which is the re-tender calendar for your family of work that nobody prints, with the buyer and the holder on every line.
The sample
The sweep names incumbents, and a supplier's name never appears on a public page here. A redacted sample is sent by email on request.
04 The country edition
The country edition
By quote
The Made Here record for one country as a book: the lines, the sources, the strengths, the buyers, the method.
- The lines the country imports at scale, does not export well, and sits close to in capability
- Each line with its bill, its sources, its unit values and its nearest export strengths
- The public buyers of each family, where the country publishes its award record
- The scope rule and the method, written for a minister, a chamber or an agency to check
- Typeset for print, with a facing-language text where one is wanted
Nowhere elseA ministry holds its trade statistics and its procurement record as two files that never meet. The edition joins them to the product space computed over 157 exporting countries and to what the neighbours pay, line by line, with every printed figure re-derived by script. The Sri Lanka edition runs to 60 pages and 1,311 checked figures.
The sample
The first edition, for Sri Lanka, is in preparation. The dossiers above show the register and the checking.
